Here is a picture update on the Telecaster I won back in December 2009 and that Abe is building for me at Rittenhouse:
As per Abe e-mail, the body is fully cured and ready for the relicing process.
Can't wait to see the next stage!
Pierre.

All this story began with a post on Muzicosphere about a giveaway for a Rittenhouse guitar...
Then one morning, on December 24th 2009, barely awake as I was checking my iPhone I see this Boxcar popup with this tweet:
I had WON!!! I checked, double-checked, triple-checked but it was for real I had won a free guitar. On Christmas Eve, how cool is that, he??! 🙂
As The Guitar Channel is about...
Another guitar super-star on The Guitar Channel with none other than Bruce Kulick himself!!

As a follow-up to this episode (where you can listen to a Steve Vai interview) I did a Skype interview with his guitar player for the last 10 years, Dave Weiner.
The 35 minutes plus conversation was recorded through Skype so please excuse the couple of drop-outs you will hear here and there.
Thanks a ton to Dave who took the time to answer all my questions.
Watch out on his website for his up-coming solo album very soon...

I was able to meet Paul Gilbert for a 15 minute interview a couple of hours before the MrBig show in Paris at Le Bataclan on September 16th 2009.
As per his reputation, Paul was very nice and answered all my questions.
Happy listening,
Pierre.
