After every NAMM, I traditionally do a bit of driving around Los Angeles to flush out the musicians in their natural habitat. For the past 3 years, it's been with my buddy Guillaume Jeulin of Blue Cat Audio (bluecataudio.com) that we've been criss-crossing Southern California for this purpose. This was the 3rd time we'd visited the great Allen Hinds (allenhinds.com) at his home in Laurel Canyon.
After the guitar-in-hand interview (publication to come), he agreed to show us the guitar sounds he could get out of Axiom, the blue cat's amp and effects simulation software.
