Here's an interview with luthier Malcom Rose-Zadow (Instagram: @malcolmrosezadow) conducted during the 2024 edition of the Paris Guitar Festival guitar show in Montrouge (parisguitarfestival.com). I really enjoyed Malcolm's work on archtop guitars. This young luthier from Toronto, Canada, who now lives in Belgium, has a bright future ahead of him.
Once again this year, I was part of the jury awarding the show's innovation prize. Although I'm always a little skeptical when innovation and guitar are mentioned in the same sentence, I'm happy to take part. So Malcom had my vote, as I specify in the interview. So I was very happy that he was the unanimous winner.
