Vola Guitar Zenith, Double Humbucker Beauty

In this new gear review, we present the high-end category at Vola Guitar, the Zenith model which is characterized by a beautiful top and a great hardware. It's another great example of the Made in Japan high quality of instrument building.

Conclusion

The Zenith is a very well made guitar. It's a beautiful lutherie. It can probably be blamed for a lack of originality in the recipe used but when the cook does a good job, it's a matter of taste.

What strikes the most in the Zenith is that given its Rock / Metal look we expect to have a very thin shredder neck when in fact we find one with a fairly thick profile like the whole Vola range.

With a price around € 3,000, the Zenith is in direct competition with more established brands like Suhr, it is probably the Achile heel of this model.

Until the next gear review or interview, keep on playing the guitar!
