Shaï Sebbag and Maneli Jamal interview – 2018 Festival Guitare Issoudun

Shaï Sebbag and Maneli Jamal interview - 2018 Festival Guitare Issoudun

The 2018 edition of Issoudun was the opportunity to gather for the first time the French fingerstyle guitarist Shaï Sebbag and his Canadian friend Maneli Jamal in front of a camera for a Guitar in Hand interview. Maneli and Shaï play together regularly and also record duets, so it made sense to have them talk about their collaboration.

Summary of the interview

  • Their impressions about the Issoudun festival
  • Debrief of the concert of the day before
  • The truth about the rumors of a duet recording ...
  • The story of their meeting
  • Next projects
  • Bonus: an acoustic session

Shaï and Maneli borrowed guitars from luthier Thomas Fejoz (www.thomasfejoz.com) for this interview.

Shaï Sebbag et Maneli Jamal double interview

Until the next interview, keep on playing the guitar!
